“Never stop believing in the wild possibility that is you and your impact. Live in purpose, on purpose.”
If I asked two different people to look through my camera lens, they would see the scene in completely different ways, because it would be through their own unique eye. Neither perception is better or worse than the other, it is just a reflection of that persons inner reality.
For example, maybe there is someone that you have always looked up to and been inspired by, but you meet them on one of their worst days. They’re emotional and exhausted and don’t respond in the way you imagined they would. Your perception of them goes from extreme adoration to, “no he’s fake I met him in person and he wasn’t at all like his image.” Then the people you told this to take your word for it and their perception is changed. It has a ripple effect. But that is not the truth of who they are, it is an idea that came from a personal experience.
There are 7 billion people on this earth. Some of them will love you and think you are a miracle, others will ridicule you and root for your failure. That’s okay. Be kind and compassionate anyways. Nothing will ever be worth closing your heart over. It is so easy to sit back and judge other people. Insecurity will always be loud and demanding, it needs to be seen and validated constantly. Compassion is more subtle, but it is an impressive strength. True love makes no harsh demands, and it will never require you to be anything other than who you are.
Don’t take shit personally or worry about what anyone thinks because the right people will always see you- I mean truly see into you and lift you up. There is nothing you need to prove. This has never been between you and them anyways. This is, and always has been, between you and the universe. Do your thing and be your weird, creative self. Your mark for the planet lays in your unique capabilities, and if you waste your energy trying to be normal you will miss out on the unstoppable force within.
